I've started giving away copies of your book to those I think will respond. One said he was so overwhelmed that he figured he was going to have to read it several times. Good going! It is a pitty that Amazon takes such a big bite out of your profit on the book. At least where I get them (Ingram Book Company) that doesn't happen! We print them on demand for you! :-)
